We are looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join and lead our Conveyancing Team at our branch office in Hinckley.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with all different types of residential transactions including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership. They must be familiar with using a case management system and working in accordance to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Residential Conveyancing Team at our office in Hinckley.
Responsibilities will include audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, organising and maintaining filing systems, diary management and general administration duties.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent typing skills and work in an organised and efficient manner. They will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.
This is a part time position, ideally working at least 21 hours per week.
