LDJ Solicitors are pleased to announce the arrival of Mohsina Patel who has recently joined the firm's Family Department based in Hinckley.
Mohsina joined the firm in December 2013 and brings extensive experience to the Family Department. Prior to this, Mohsina worked in the local authority child care team for thirteen years. Having qualified as a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in November 2009, Mohsina has substantial experience in matters relating to Children Act Proceedings including family matters such as Residence, Contact and Special Guardianship Orders as well as Care work when the Local Authority Social Services are involved.
Mohsina also has knowledge of School Admissions appeals and was a legal clerk to the School Admissions Appeal Panel over a number of years. In addition to her experience, Mohsina is pursuing further education and has gained a Scholarship from De Montfort University in her Graduate Diploma in Law. She will be commencing the Legal Practice Course in September 2014 towards qualifying as a solicitor.
