Martin qualified as a Solicitor in 1975, following articles to a former senior partner of the firm, Martin has been a Partner since 1977 and now heads the Residential Conveyancing Department at Nuneaton, dealing with all types of property and business related legal matters.

Martin is also a member of the Warwickshire Law Society Non-Contentious Business Committee.

Preya qualified as a Solicitor in 2010, joining the firm in March 2014 as a Solicitor in the Private Client department at our Hinckley office whereby she was promote to Partner in April 2016. Having graduated from De Montfort University, Preya Undertook her Legal Practice course at Nottingham Law School and worked and trained at a multi office firm in Leicester, she has been working in the Private Client area since 2008.

Preya Specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate administration, the Creation and Administration of Trusts, Court of Protection Applications, Inheritance Tax planning and managing Tax affairs.

Nikki joined the firm in 2002 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in 2004. In January 2012 Nikki was appointed as Head of the Dispute Resolution Department and then as a Partner in April 2017.

Nikki’s main practice area is Property Law, acting for both commercial and private Landlords and Tenants in County Court and High Court cases. LDJ Solicitors also runs the Housing Duty Solicitor Scheme at Nuneaton County Court where Nikki regularly attends court as the Housing Duty Solicitor assisting people who are threatened with homelessness. Nikki also handles Personal Injury cases, Contentious Probate matters and Consumer/Commercial Disputes.

Lorna joined the firm in 2011 and became a Partner in April 2019. She is based at our Nuneaton office and specialises in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney; Grant of Probate applications and the Administration of Estates; the Creation and Administration of Trusts; Inheritance Tax Planning and advising upon issues affecting the elderly including the Protection of Family Assets. She also has extensive experience advising individuals who have received a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia and their families upon legal issues arising from their condition including Protecting Assets, Power of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy.

Lorna Graduated from Aberystwyth University in 1993 and undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a full professional member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
