Miss Sam Chater is an accredited specialist being a member of the Law Society Children Panel and specialises in representing children and parents in Care Proceedings. Miss Chater is also a Resolution accredited specialist. She has had to pass written examinations demonstrating a breath of knowledge of Family Law issues to qualify as a member in respect of both panels.
