We are looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join and lead our Conveyancing Team at our branch office in Hinckley.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with all different types of residential transactions including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership. They must be familiar with using a case management system and working in accordance to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards.

The successful candidate will gain a wide range of experience in a variety of different disciplines, supported by qualified solicitors and other fee earners, laying the foundation for a successful career in law.
The ideal candidate will have completed a law degree and ideally the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and must possess a strong academic background with the ability to work methodically and to tight deadlines.
