Senior Conveyancer

We are looking to recruit a Senior Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our Residential Conveyancing team in Hinckley.

The ideal candidate must possess sound technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold matters, and be confident working independently with minimal supervision.  The firm prides itself on its client care and therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines is essential.

In this role, you will be the sole conveyancer supported by experienced support staff members to deliver a holistic conveyancing service from this location. The position will enable the successful candidate to be the driving force in developing their own position and indeed that of their team.

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Conveyancing Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team at our Head Office in Nuneaton. This is a new role due to the growth and expansion of the existing department.

In this role, you will provide support to senior fee earners within the department and have the opportunity to manage a small caseload with training from and under the supervision of our head of the residential conveyancing deapartment. The position will enable the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and experience which could ultimately lead to a more senior position within the team in the future. 

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in conveyancing, all acquired at the same firm, and be able to handle matters from the initial instruction through to completion. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
