Complaints
We are confident that the matter you have instructed us on will go smoothly but if you are worried about anything, please do speak to the fee earner dealing with the matter in the first instance. If having made a complaint and received our response you are still not satisfied then you can ask the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) to consider the complaint.
