Getting to Know Claire

Claire is a conveyancing specialist who has 10 years’ experience in the field with the last 3 years being based in the Hinckley area.

Claire is able to provide clients with expert legal advice on various aspects of Residential Conveyancing including; Buying and Selling their home for both Freehold and Leasehold transactions, Newbuilds, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity and the redemption of Help to Buy loans.

Claire is passionate about helping people secure their first step on the property ladder, growing their rental portfolio or finding their forever home. She prides herself with making the process as smooth as possible for what can be a stressful time for clients.

Claire is assisted by Debra who is always on hand to help and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of 25 plus years.

Out of the office, Claire enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family & friends.
