Donna has more than 20 years commercial property experience including at major national firms such as Shakespeare Martineau and Eversheds. She also practiced as an attorney in New York for several years.

Donna brings a wealth of experience to the firm, and she has been advising business owners and landlords, large and small, on all types of commercial transactions. Donna has a keen commercial eye and prides herself on her client focused approach.

Donna specialises in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property, business leases, lease renewals, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, shareholder agreements, project development and associated planning agreements and options.

In her time outside of work, Donna loves going to concerts and visiting art galleries.
