Kate began work as a legal assistant in Tamworth in 2016. She quickly moved into a fee earning role seeing clients and preparing wills, powers of attorney and Declarations of Trust.  In 2019 she moved to another Solicitors based in Tamworth where she further developed her skills in relation to Probate matters. For the last six years Kate has been advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration (including related Land Registry transactions, inheritance tax and Deeds of Variation) and Lasting Powers of Attorney before joining LDJ Solicitors as a Private Client Advisor in 2024.
