Get to know Nikki
Nikki joined LDJ Solicitors in 2002 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in 2004 and then becoming a Partner in 2017.
Nikki’s practice area covers a wide range of Contentious matters with a particular focus on property related Litigation such as Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant Disputes, Cohabitee property disputes and Land and Boundary Disputes in the County Court, High Court and Lands Tribunal. As a Legal Aid Supervisor in Housing Law, Nikki is a specialist in Homelessness Law and Social Housing Possession claims and manages the Housing Duty Possession Scheme at both Nuneaton and Warwick County Courts.
As well as contentious property work, Nikki’s cases also include contentious Trust and Probate such as claims against Estates.
When Nikki isn’t busy looking after her bees, she enjoys watching and attending Motorsport, particularly Formula 1 and hiking.
