Get to know Preya

Preya qualified as a Solicitor in 2010, joining the firm in March 2014 as a Solicitor in the Private Client department at our Hinckley office whereby she was promoted to Partner in April 2016. Having graduated from De Montfort University, Preya undertook her Legal Practice course at Nottingham Law School and worked and trained at a multi office firm in Leicester, she has been working in the Private Client area since 2008.

Preya specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate administration, the Creation and Administration of Trusts, Court of Protection Applications, Inheritance Tax planning and managing Tax affairs.

Outside of work Preya enjoys spending time with her friends and family amongst the chaos of parenthood to two active boys. Preya’s greatest personal achievement to date is being a part of her very own Grand Designs journey and navigating the rollercoaster that is her self-build project.
