LDJ Solicitors Appoints Care Specialist and Head of the Family Team

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Moska Gharanei as Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of the Family Team. Moska joins the firm with over eight years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a sterling reputation in family law.

Specialising in care proceedings, Moska brings a wealth of experience representing parents, children, and guardians in both public and private children proceedings. Her expertise extends to acting for vulnerable adults in injunction proceedings, including non-molestation and protection from harassment applications. Additionally, she represents carers and grandparents in matters involving adoption and special guardianship.

Moska is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, recognised for her commitment to resolving family disputes in a constructive and sensitive manner. She is also a proud member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, a distinction that reflects her dedication to protecting the welfare of children and her in-depth knowledge of the complexities of family law.

In her new role at LDJ Solicitors, Moska will lead the Family Team, continuing to deliver high-quality advocacy and representation for her clients. Her ability to undertake her own advocacy ensures a consistent and personal approach to each case.
