Emma’s journey with the firm began in 2017 when she joined as a Legal Assistant in the Property Department. After gaining further experience at another firm, she returned in April 2025 as a Conveyancing Paralegal, having successfully completed her CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice. She is now a proud associate member of CILEX.

Emma is currently continuing her in-house legal training under the guidance of Martin Bunney, Head of our Conveyancing Team. She assists with a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity. Emma aims to qualify as a fully-fledged fee earner in her own right by October 2025.
