Get to know James

James qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.

James has a vast amount of experience and has dealt with a wide range of property related matters, including commercial property transactions, however he now specialises in residential freehold sales and purchases and complex leasehold matters. This includes dealing with leasehold extensions surrenders, re-grants deeds of variation, lock out agreements, unregistered title, transfers of part, remortgages, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing, equity release and new builds. In regard to commercial matters, James has experience dealing with leases, land acquisition, sale and development work including site setup and associated infrastructure agreements.

In his spare time, James has a keen interest in motorbikes and enjoys taking long rides out in the countryside, in addition to walking his dog and spending time with his family and friends.
