Why Instruct Us?
We have the Legal Aid Agency’s Specialist Quality Mark in Housing Law which enables us to provide comprehensive advice and representation under the government’s legal aid scheme to tenants and homeowners who are either homeless or are threatened with re-possession.
We also operate the Housing Duty Solicitor Scheme at Nuneaton County Court located at the Warwickshire Justice Centre whereby any homeowner or tenant attending a re-possession court hearing can obtain free, on the day, advice and representation.
We are also instructed by landlords in the private rented sector and we provide a full complement of Housing Law services.
What Happens Next?
We’ve made it really easy for you to contact us by offering flexible appointments to suit your needs.
At your first meeting with us, we will talk through your options and look at what you want to achieve. We also make use of the latest technology available to us and therefore we can conduct some of your case by telephone and email, making contact easier and more convenient for you.
How Much Will It Cost?
Depending on the circumstances of your case, work may be carried out on a fixed fee basis, charged at an hourly rate or under the Public Funding Scheme via the Legal Aid Agency.
We will always make it clear from the outset as to the likely cost of your case and we will keep you fully informed should anything change that may affect this.
