SDLT Changes 2022

Due to the recent government announcement, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) will not be paid on the first £250,000.00 pf the purchase price of a property, and for first time buyers the threshold will be £425,000.00. These are permanent changes and take effect from the 23rd September 2022.
