Introducing James Jones – Residential Property Solicitor

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Senior Associate Solicitor, James Jones, who has recently joined the firm’s Residential Property team at our head office in Nuneaton.

James, a property specialist with over 20 years’ experience, has joined LDJ as part of the ongoing development of the already established and experienced residential property department.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000, James has worked at a regional Legal 500 firm in Hereford and also other firms within Gloucestershire before recently relocating to the area.

James has a vast amount of experience and has dealt with a wide range of property related matters, including commercial property transactions, but now specialises in residential freehold sales and purchases and complex leasehold matters. This includes dealing with leasehold extensions surrenders, re-grants deeds of variation, lock out agreements, unregistered title, transfers of part, remortgages, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing, equity release and new builds.
