Nurturing the Next Generation

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sophie Dawkins who will be the firm’s next Trainee Solicitor.

Sophie is the latest in a long line of trainee solicitors who have trained at the firm showing its commitment to developing young talent and nurturing the next generation of local lawyers.

Sophie joined the firm in 2019 as an Office Assistant after completing her Law degree at Staffordshire University. Whilst working full time at the firm, she undertook her Legal Practice Course (LPC) on a part time basis, passing with a Distinction in October this year.

Sophie will now commence her Training Contract in the new year and spend the first 6 months in the firm’s Commercial Property Department. She will then gain experience in another three departments over the next two years leading to her qualification as a Solicitor in 2025.
